The challenge

A company with long experience in development and contracting, and projects of different kinds: residential developments and land subdivisions. It needed a platform that presents that range clearly and conveys the standard of the company before a visitor gets in touch.

And because projects keep coming, it was not acceptable for every addition to need a developer.

Our approach

We split the content by project type, so someone interested in housing and someone interested in land each reach what concerns them directly — alongside a section for the company, its guarantees and partners.

The platform was built on manageable content from day one, so the client team adds and updates projects itself.
