Software and platforms for real estate developers
Real estate development is the sector we have delivered the most work in, including the Darvin and Osus Alinsha platforms in Jeddah. We know the recurring problem: project and unit data is spread across files, spreadsheets and conversations, making it hard to know what is available now and who is following up with whom.
For real estate developers we build platforms that present projects to buyers, and internal systems that manage units, reservations and sales — each according to what the company actually needs.
Problems we see often in the sector
- 01
Nobody knows exactly what is available
Unit status changes daily, and the correct information sits with one person or in an outdated spreadsheet.
- 02
Buyer enquiries get lost
Enquiries arrive by website, phone and social media, with no single place collecting them or assigning follow-up.
- 03
Presentation that doesn't match the project
Well-built projects are shown through PDFs and messages, so buyers cannot see their standard before visiting.
- 04
Sales reporting assembled by hand
Management waits for sales and reservation figures instead of seeing them as they happen.
What we build for real estate developers
Independent solutions — start with any one, then connect them as needs grow.
- 01
Project showcase platform
A site presenting projects and units with their status — available, under construction, sold — and leading buyers to get in touch.
- 02
Unit and reservation management
An internal system tracking the status of every unit and recording reservations and contracts, from one source of data.
- 03
Client and sales management
A CRM collecting buyer interest from every channel, assigning it to the sales team and following each client through to close.
- 04
Website-to-system integration
Website enquiries reach the sales system automatically, and unit status on the site updates from the same system.

Should we start with the website or the internal system?
It depends where the bigger problem is. If sales are lost to weak presentation, we start with the platform. If the disorder is internal — units and reservations — we start with the system. Either way, we design both to connect later.
Can unit status be updated easily?
Yes. Status is managed from a control panel, and can be connected to the internal system so it updates on the site automatically.
Do you work with developers outside Jeddah?
Yes. Our published work is in Jeddah, and we serve real estate developers in Riyadh and across Saudi Arabia remotely.
Running real estate projects that have outgrown your tools?
Tell us about your projects and how your sales team works, and we'll suggest where to start.
